Owner and Property Manager
Dave has 30 years experience in residential building he is a Michigan licensed builder he has experience managing superintendents and Sub-contractors, managing staff and suppliers and also has extensive property management experience.
Kelly joined the Mister Management team over 2 years ago with 15 years of banking experience. Kelly assists Candace in the Payables department processing invoices and helping with check run. Kelly also handles the vetting of any contractors the associations choose to use along with keeping their insurance up to date in our system.
Customer Service Representative
Anubis is Josh's Bernese Mountain Dog. He comes to the office almost every day. His primary job is to greet everyone who enters the office and politely ask for pets. He makes sure that every customer who comes through our door leaves with a smile on their face.
Vicky has been with Mister Management for 8 years and is an experienced account manager, she is knowledgeable in the field of accounting. Vicky is also detail orientated, thorough and organized.
Property Manager Assistant
Lori has been with Mister Management since the beginning for 12 years. Lori has been the Admin assistant to Dave helping him with his day-to-day operations. She is very responsive and answers every call with a smile.
Candace has 25 years of experience in Accounts Payable, She processes association bills: standing and project specific. Candace is an efficient worker task oriented and organized.
Josh has been a part of the Mister Management team for 5 years now. Starting out helping with vendor insurance he has worked his way up the ladder to Administrative Assistant and now Property Manager. Josh prides himself on his technological expertise and his responsiveness.
Nichole has 15 years experience in property management, She is detail orientated and on task, Nichole is knowledgable in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
