Here at Mister Management we understand that transparency is very important when it come to financials, which is why we give our board members full access to view financial reports. All account records are available to each account holder twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and association financial reports, available using cash or accrual basis, are sent out monthly to all the board members for review. Our experienced accounting department, that handles all financial management, works hard to keep all records and accounts up to date. We oversee the collection of special and regular assessments for each association. All invoices, for each association, are processed through the accounting department and allocated according to each association's budget. The accounting department will also work closely with your property manager to manage delinquent accounts, coordinate financial audits, and coordinate tax preparation. The accounting department also monitors vendor insurance certificates, to ensure that all of our vendors have up-to-date insurance.
